Support, activation trouble, privacy requests and reseller questions all go to the same place. Include a few details and we can usually solve it in the first reply instead of the third.
Four things cover almost every case: which device you use (for example a Mi Box on Android TV, or Windows 11), your MAC address if the question is about activation, whether your playlist is an M3U link or an Xtream Codes login, and what you see on screen. A photo of the television often explains more than a paragraph. Never send us your playlist password; we do not need it and will not ask for it.
Include the MAC address shown on the activation screen and the email you paid with. Payments run through PayPal.
Tell us whether it affects one channel or all of them, and whether the same playlist works in another app. That usually points straight to provider or player.
Requests for access, correction or deletion are handled through the same address; the deletion page explains what we remove.
Questions about slots, customers or the panel: mention your reseller username so we can look it up.
Two things solve most reports on their own. If the app shows nothing at all, the playlist has usually not been linked to the device yet; the tutorials walk through that in four steps. If a channel stutters or refuses to start while others play fine, the stream is almost always the provider's side rather than the player's, and testing the same channel in a second app confirms it in a minute.

We cannot supply a playlist, recommend a provider, or fix a subscription with someone else. Livaro sells player software and nothing else, so questions about channels, packages or renewals belong with the provider you pay. If you are not sure which side a problem sits on, describe it and we will tell you honestly, including when the answer is that we cannot fix it.
